It is coated with a prepolymer coating that enhances the ancient cedar grain, giving it a wonderful finish that really stands out. It also makes it less susceptible to oil stains and stuck food, while not impeding the breathability of the wood.

Instructions
Wash gently with a soft sponge and neutral detergent. After washing, wipe off excess water and leave to dry overnight. Refrain from washing with bleach or in the dishwasher.
