Tajima Jozo carefully seasons them with a sweet and tangy vinegar blend made from sugar, kelp, and bonito extract, no preservatives or colorings used. The result is a crunchy, refreshing pickle with a mild sweetness that’s addictive and great as a side dish or palate cleanser.
