This manual food chopper by Shimomura is a fantastic, space-saving tool. Much smaller and lighter than an electronic food processor, the two exceptionally sharp stainless steel blades are powered simply by you rotating the top handle.
Make light work of carrots, cucumbers, and more with this chopping, slicing, mincing machine. Simple add the ingredients and turn the handle. Its large capacity bowl (1700ml) means there’s plenty of room for ingredients, seasonings, and spices. Try mincing together onions, herbs, garlic, and butter to make your own garlic butter. Or add celery, onions and carrots for a quick and easy mirepoix.
As the lid includes a small opening you can add ingredients while in use, this makes it great for not only chopping, but also making dressings and sauces like Mayonnaise, as you can drizzle ingredients like olive oil slowly into the mix as you use it.
