This shredded Okinawan green papaya is an easy and convenient way to add real, natural papaya to your diet if you don’t live in a tropical environment or an area where papaya is readily available.
Fresh papaya harvested in Okinawa is quickly dried and shredded, with no additives, so that you can enjoy the pure natural flavor. Add to papaya irichi (papaya stir fry), stews, salads, and pilafs.
Instructions
Soak in water for about 5 minutes to rehydrate completely. One serving of papaya is roughly 10g of the dried product.
