Momoya Gohandesuyo is a long-selling Japanese condiment to be eaten with rice or other ingredients.

Gohandesuyo is made by boiling nori seaweed and seasoning it with soy sauce.

The resulting nori paste has a rich taste that pairs well with simple dishes like steamed rice, plain noodles, mochi rice cake, onigiri or toast.
