This light-colored Japanese dashi will make your dishes taste and look like the ones cooked by a professional!

Instructions

To use as dashi stock for noodles like Japanese Udon or soba use a 1:10 ratio of dashi to water.

If you use the shiro dashi to cook vegetables, meat or nabe (hotpot) dilute it with approx. 12 times more water.
