The double ice-hardened Friodur® treatment enhances edge retention and corrosion resistance, while the Honbazuke hand-honing process ensures a razor-sharp edge.
Its ergonomic, triple-riveted handle with brass accents offers a secure grip and excellent balance for extended use. Handcrafted in Seki, Japan, this gyutoh (Japanese chef’s knife) is ideal for slicing, dicing, and chopping with precision and control.
