Description
Crafted in Seki, Japan, the MIYABI Koh Knife Block Set blends centuries of Japanese blade-making tradition with precision German engineering. Each knife is forged from FC61 fine carbide stainless steel, ice-hardened using the FRIODURx2 process to achieve a hardness of 61 Rockwell, delivering excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and long-lasting sharpness.
The hand-honed Honbazuke edge and authentic thin Japanese blade profile ensure precise, effortless cutting. Finished with a true katana edge and embossed MIYABI logo, the mirror-polished blades reflect refined Japanese craftsmanship. Ergonomic octagonal Pakkawood handles, accented with a silver mosaic pin, provide comfort, balance, and control for both Western chopping and Asian rocking techniques.
Set includes: 3.5″ Paring Knife, 5.5″ Santoku, 8″ Chef’s Knife, 9″ Bread Knife, Kitchen Shears, 9″ Sharpening Steel, and a 10-slot Bamboo Block.
