This Japanese cleansing oil can efficiently remove heavy makeup including water-resistant eye make-up, yet rinses off easily.

Instructions
Dispense 2 to 3 pumps into dry hands and massage onto dry face.
Add water to emulsify and keep cleansing until makeup is removed before rinsing off.
