Description
Kikkoman Delicious Sauce series puts emphasis on original flavors of the ingredients. This variation is originally designed for tonkatsu (deep-fried breaded pork) and is made with five fruits/vegetables and 15 spices.
Its dark-brownish hue makes you feel that the sauce looks heavy, but its flavor is mild and has a good balance between sweetness and robustness. You can enjoy the flavor of ingredients as it is free of chemical seasonings and coloring agents.
You can also use this sauce for other types of deep-fried dishes, spareribs, grilled dishes, and more.
